Ministerial Assignment
To: Mr Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum
IN exercise of the powers vested in me as President and Commander in Chief of the Republic of the Fiji Military Forces by the Executive Authority of Fiji Decree 2009, (Decree No.2), I hereby appoint you the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Anti-Corruption, Public Enterprises, Industry, Tourism, Trade, and Communications with effect from the 11th day of April 2009 and assign to you the responsibility for the conduct of the following Government business and departments and for the following written laws (subject to the provisions of any other laws) -
