DEVELOPMENT BANK OF TUVALU (AMENDMENT) ACT 1997

AN ACT to amend the Development Bank of Tuvalu Act.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Tuvalu-

Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Development Bank of Tuvalu (Amendment) Act 1997.

(2) This Act shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notice

Repeal of section 31

2. Section 31 of the Development Bank of Tuvalu Act is repealed.
