1999 SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION ACT 1999

An Act to authorise a supplementary appropriation of moneys, out of the Consolidated Fund for recurrent expenditures to the service of the year ending 31st December, 1999.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Tuvalu-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the 1999 Supplementary Appropriation Act 1999.

Authorisation of expenditures

2. The Minister may, by warrant under his hand, in addition to the sum already authorised for the service of Tuvalu for the financial year ending 31st December, 1999 further authorise the issue from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the same financial year a sum not exceeding thirty thousand dollars ($30,000 00) and which sum shall be appropriated in accordance with the Schedule for the purposes specified.
