QUEEN SALOTE WHARF (REPEAL) ACT 1998

AN ACT

TO REPEAL THE QUEEN SALOTE WHARF ACT

[1st October, 1998].

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Queen Salote Wharf (Repeal) Act

(2) This Act shall come into force on the day the Ports Authority Act becomes effective.

2. The Queen Salote Wharf Act (Cap 139), as amended, is repealed.

Passed in the Legislative Assembly this 1st day of October, 1998.
