AN ACT

TO REPEAL THE QUARANTINE ACT

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Quarantine (Repeal) Act 2008.

2. The Quarantine Act (CAP. 77) is hereby repealed.

Passed in the Legislative Assembly this 20 day of October, 2008.
