LICENCES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1990

AN ACT

TO AMEND THE LICENCES ACT

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:-

(1) This Act may be cited as the Licences (Amendment) Act 1990.
(2) Section 5(1) of the Licences Act is amended by deleting the words "Minister of Finance" and inserting the words "Minister of Labour, Commerce and Industries" in their stead.

Passed in the Legislative Assembly this 19th day of September, 1990.
