Administrative Arrangements Act 2011


ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS ORDER No. 1 of 2011


I, Marcus Stephen, President of the Republic, under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 2011, make the following Administrative Arrangements Order with effect from 9 May 2011:


1. Each Minister specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this order is responsible for the administration of the written law, or part of the written law, specified opposite in column 3 of the Schedule.


2. Each department, or part of a department, specified in column 2 of the Schedule, is responsible to the Minister specified opposite in column 1 for the administration of the law, or part of the written law, specified opposite in column 3.
