Act No. 13 of 2014

An Act to amend the Parliamentary Salaries and Allowances Act 2008 to increase salaries of members of Parliament

Certified on 9th September

Enacted by the Parliament of Nauru as follows:

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Parliamentary Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act 2014.

2. Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on 1st September, 2014

3. Act amended

The Schedule amends the Parliamentary Salaries and Allowances Act 2008.
