REPUBLIC OF VANUATU

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 17 OF 1993

Assent: 21/06/93
Commencement: 12/07/93

An Act to amend the Public Holidays Act [CAP. 114].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: -

AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE TO CHAPTER 114

1. The Schedule to the Public Holidays Act [CAP. 114] is amended by inserting after "Ascension Day" the following item: -

"Children’s National Day (24 July)".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
