PUBLIC FINANCE (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 25 OF 1993

An Act to amend the Public Finance Act [CAP. 117].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: -

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 18 OF CHAPTER 117

1. Section 18 of the Public Finance Act [CAP. 117] is amended in subsection (2) by deleting the figure "100,000,000" and substituting the figure "200,000,000".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
