(AMENDMENT) ACT

NO. 11 OF 2000

An Act to amend the Parliament (Members' Expenses and Allowances Act) [CAP. 109].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 3

1. Section 3 of the Parliament (Members' Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP. 109] is amended by deleting "VT 120,000" from subsection (1) and substituting "VT 166,000".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 January 2000.
