PROTOCOL AMENDING THE
PACIFIC ISLANDS CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AND SECURITY TREATY
(RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 32 OF 2006

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Protocol to the Pacific Islands Aviation Safety and Security Treaty.

Be it enacted by the President and the Parliament as follows –

1. Ratification

The Protocol to the Pacific Islands Aviation Safety and Security Treaty is ratified.

A copy of the Protocol is attached.

2. Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
