MULTILATERAL TREATY ON FISHERIES AMENDMENTS
(RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 12 OF 2007

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Amendments to the Agreement Among Pacific Island States
Concerning the Implementation and Administration of the Treaty on Fisheries Between the Governments
of Certain Pacific Island States and the Government of the United States of America.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1. Ratification

The Amendments to the Multilateral Treaty on Fisheries is ratified.

Copies of the Amendments are attached.

2. Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
