LOAN AGREEMENT (BAUERFIELD AIRPORT PROJECT)
BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF VANUATU AND THE EUROPEAN
INVESTMENT BANK RATIFICATION ACT

NO. 7 OF 2000

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Loan Agreement (Bauerfield Airport Project) between the Republic of Vanuatu and the European Investment Bank.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:

RATIFICATION

1. (1) The Loan Agreement between the Republic of Vanuatu and the European Investment Bank set out in the Schedule is ratified.

(2) Loan Agreement referred to in subsection (1) is binding on the Republic of Vanuatu in accordance with its terms.

COMMENCEMENT

This Act commences on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
