THE HOTEL AND LICENSED PREMISES (AMENDMENT) ACT
No. 28 OF 1989

COMMENCEMENT: 1/1/90

To amend the Hotel and Licensed Premises Tax Act No. 2 of 1982.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2 OF ACT No. 2 OF 1982

1. Section 2 of the Hotel and Licensed Premises Tax Act, No. 2 of 1982, is amended in paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution for the word "ten" of the word "five".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force, on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
