AIRPORT DEPARTURE TAX (INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS) (REPEAL) ACT NO. 17 of 1999

An Act to repeal the Airport Departure Tax (International Flights) Act [CAP 77].


BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:

REPEAL OF ACT

1. The Airport Departure Tax (International Flights) Act [CAP 77] is repealed.

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
