AIRPORT DEPARTURE TAX (INTERNATIONAL) FLIGHTS
(AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 30 OF 1993

An Act to amend the Airport Departure Tax (International Flights) Act [CAP. 77].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: -

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2 OF CHAPTER 77

1. Section 2 of the Airport Departure Tax (International Flights) Act [CAP. 77] is amended by deleting the figure "1,500" and substituting the figure "2,000".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on 1 January, 1994.
