AIRPORT DEPARTURE TAX (DOMESTIC FLIGHTS)
(AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 29 OF 1993

An Act to amend the Airport Departure tax (Domestic Flights) Act [CAP. 178].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: -

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2 OF CHAPTER 178

1. Section 2 of the Airport Departure Tax (Domestic Flights) Act [CAP. 178] is amended by deleting the figure "200" and substituting the figure "250".

COMMENCEMENT
2. This Act shall come into force on 1 January, 1994.
