MUNICIPAL COUNCIL (ELECTION DEPOSIT)

Order 62 of 2005

To provide for an election deposit for a Municipal Council election.

1. Election deposit
(1) The amount to be deposited by each candidate in a Municipal Council election is VT 50,000.

(2) The amount deposited is payable to the Electoral Office and is not refundable.
