To provide for the United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) to enjoy the privileges and immunities set out in Schedule 2 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act [Cap. 143].


1. Privileges and immunities
The United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) is to enjoy the privileges and immunities set out in Schedule 2 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act [Cap. 143] and the legal capacities of a body corporate.
