GOVERNMENT OF TUVALU NATIVE LANDS ACT (CAP 22)

Commencement [Date]

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Native Lands Act, the Chief Lands Officer, with the approval of the Chief Justice exercising the powers of the Senior Magistrate, hereby makes the following Regulations-

1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Native Lands (Forms) Regulations 1997 and shall come into effect on the date of publication.

2 Schedule

The form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be the prescribed form for the register of claims.
