SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION ACT (NO.3) 2015

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION OF MONEYS OUT OF THE CONSOLIDATED FUND FOR EXPENDITURES TO THE SERVICE OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2015
Commencement [22nd December, 2015]
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation (No.2) 2015.
2 Authorization of Expenditure
The Minister may by warrant under his hand, in addition to the sum already authorised for the service of Tuvalu for the financial year ending 31 December 2015, further authorise the issue from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the same financial year a sum not exceeding seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($750,000.00) and which sum shall be appropriated in accordance with the schedule for the purposes specified.
