Court of Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1993

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 9 of the Court of Appeal Act, I hereby make these rules.

1. These rules may be cited as the Court of Appeal Rules (Amendment) Rules 1993.

2. Order 8 rule 2(3) is amended by deleting the words and figures "30 seniti" and substituting therefore the words "3 pa'anga."

3. Order 8 rule 4(4) is amended by deleting the figure "7" and substitute therefore the figure "14".
