ORDER IN COUNCIL


GS 4 of 1992


THE WHARVES ACT


[26th May 1992]


IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Sections 5 and 16 of the Wharves Act (Chapter 138), as amended, His Majesty the King, with the advice and consent of His Privy Council hereby alters and adds to the rates specified in Schedules A and B of that Act by omitting the particulars set out in those Schedules and inserting in their stead the particulars set out in the Schedule hereto, and further orders and declares that this Order in Council shall have effect from the date of publication in the Gazette.
