FRUIT EXPORT ACT

[17th October 1994]

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fruit Export Act (Cap 116), the Prime Minister with the consent of Cabinet hereby makes the following Regulations:-

1.

(1). These Regulations may be cited as the Fruit Export (Buttercup Squash) (Amendment) Regulations 1994.

(2). The Fruit Export (Buttercup Squash) Regulations 1993 are in these Regulations referred to as the Principal Regulations.

2. Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by deleting item (ii) from the definition of the word "cured" and substituted by the following —

"(ii). all the skin on the stalk to be dry;"
