BUILDING CONTROLS AND STANDARDS ACT 2002

IN EXERCISE OF THE POWERS conferred upon him by section 19(a) of the Building Controls and Standards Act 2002, the Minister of Works hereby makes the following regulations —

1 Short title, commencement

These regulations may be cited as the Building Code Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on the 1st day of October 2007.

2 Building Code

The National Building Code of the Kingdom of Tonga 2007 annexed to these regulations is hereby prescribed as the National Building Code for the purposes of the Building Control and Standards Act 2007.
