Retirement Fund Board (Amendment) Act 2009

TO AMEND THE RETIREMENT FUND BOARD ACT

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Retirement Fund Board (Amendment) Act 2009.

(2) The Retirement Fund Board Act 1998 shall be referred to in this Act, as the Principal Act.

2. Section 4(2)(c) of the Principal Act is amended by deleting the words "The Attorney General and Minister of Justice" and replacing them with the words "Chairman of the Public Service Commission".
