Practice Direction No.3/1995

All Law Practitioners,

Case Numbers

Once a case has been filed with the Supreme Court and given a Case Number, all documents in the case should bear that number and be properly intituled.

In future, the Registry staff will not accept any document or correspondence relating to a case unless this has been done.
