PRACTICE DIRECTION No.2 of 2007

DIVORCE RULES 2007

[1] Unfortunately, there is a typographical error and omission on page 189 of the new rules (page 217 in the Tongan Version).

[2] The word "was" in the final sentence of the NOTICE TO THE RESPONDENT (AND CO-RESPONDENT) should read "is".

[3] Immediately after the final sentence of the same notice there should be provision for the signature of the Registrar of the Supreme Court and the affixing of the Court seal.

[4] In other words, there is no change to the form of petition and notice which has been used in the past.
