TELETOK AMENDMENT RULES 2007

1. Name

These are the TeleTok Amendment Rules 2007.

2. Board of Directors

Paragraphs (2)-(4) of rule 4 of the Telecommunication Tokelau Corporation Rules 1996 are repealed and the following paragraph is inserted in their place -

"(2) The Council for the Ongoing Government is the Board for the Corporation".

3. Finance

The Telecommunication Tokelau Corporation Rules 1996 are amended in Rule 15 by the insertion of the following paragraph -

"(4) The Corporation shall supply all required information to the Department of Finance to prepare appropriate financial report of the Corporation."
