THE INDEPENDENT STATE OF PAPUA NEW GUINEA


Supreme Court (Amendment No 1) Rules 2013


PURSUANT to Section 184 of the Constitution and all other powers thereunto enabling the Rules of the Supreme Court of Justice 2012 are amended by the provisions hereunder. These amending Rules shall be deemed to have come into force on 19 December 2012.
