SCHEDULE.

AN ACT

entitled

Supply (National Parliament) Act 1997,

Being an Act to grant and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum for the service of the National Parliament for the financial year commencing 1 January 1998,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. ISSUE AND APPLICATION OF K10, 079,500.00.

Subject to Subdivision VIII.1.A (the Parliament and Finance) of the Constitution, the Minister may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the service of the National Parliament for the financial year commencing 1 January 1998, the sum of K10, 079,500.00.

2. APPROPRIATION OF GRANT.

The sum appropriated by this Act is appropriated for the purpose and services expressed in the Schedule in relation to the financial year commencing 1st January 1998.

SCHEDULE.

Sec. 2.

Advances.

To enable the Minister to make advances to the National Parliament and to meet expenditure for the fiscal year commencing 1st January 1998, particulars of which afterwards will be included in an Appropriation (National Parliament) Act.
