1. Relevant Acquisition (Amendment of Section 78J).

An Act

entitled

Stamp Duties (Papua LNG Project) (Amendment) Act 2020,

Being an Act to amend the Stamp Duties Act 1952,

MADE by the National Parliament and deemed to come into effect on the date the Stamp Duties (Papua LNG Project) (Amendment) Act 2019 comes into effect.

1. RELEVANT ACQUISITION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 78J).

Section 78J of the Principal Act is amended in Subsection (a)(ii) by deleting the word "or" after the words "other interests in the corporation".
