AN ACT

entitled

Supreme Court (Amendment) Act 2013.

Being an Act to amend the Supreme Court Act (Chapter 37).

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. RULES OF COURT (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 41).

Section 41 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing Subsection (2).

2. REPEAL.

(1) Parts VI and VII of the Principal Act are hereby repealed.

(2) The Supreme Court (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 5 of 2012) is hereby repealed.
