Interpretation (Amendment of Section 2).

No. 60 of 2015.

AN ACT

entitled

National Maritime Safety Authority (Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the National Maritime Safety Authority Act 2003,

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2).

Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by deleting the definition of "offshore operations" and replacing it with the following new definition:

• ""offshore operations" means operations in the waters of Papua New Guinea, other than in internal waters on the continental shelf and on the extended continental shelf;"; and

(b) by repealing the definition of "territorial sea".
