No. 10 of 2011.

AN ACT

entitled

Excise Tariff (2012 Budget)(Amendment) Act 2011.

Being an Act to amend the Excise Tariff Act 1956,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation on 1 January 2012.

EXCISE TARIFF (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1).

Schedule 1 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing the excise tariff items, description of goods and the rate of excise duties shown in the following and replacing them with the excise tariff items, description of goods and rate of excise duties shown below:–
