ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Airports (Departure) Tax (Amendment of Section 2).

AN ACT

entitled

Departure Tax (Budget Provision) Act 1997,

Being an Act to amend the Departure Tax Act (Chapter 387),

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation on 18 November 1997.

AIRPORTS (DEPARTURE TAX (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2).

Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing the figures and words "K15.00 per person" appearing in Subsection (2) and replacing them with the following figures and words:-

"K30.00 per person".
