Central Bank (Prescribed Liabilities) Regulation 2000

MADE under the Central Banking Act (Chapter 138) (repealed) and deemed by Section 105 of the Central Banking Act 2000 to be a regulation made under the Central Banking Act 2000.

. PRESCRIBED LIABILITIES.

For the purpose of Section 72(1) of the Act, foreign liabilities incurred under a term letter of credit established by Papua New Guinea domiciled persons are prescribed liabilities.
