An Act to amend certain enactments of the General Assembly of New Zealand

1. Short Title- This Act may be cited as the Statutes Amendment Act 1948.

Industrial and Provident Societies

20. (1) This subsection substituted a new section for s. 19 of the principal Act.

(2) (a) This paragraph amended s. 8 (a) (iii) of the principal Act.

(b) This paragraph amended s. 8 (a) (iv) of the principal Act.

(c) Repealed by s. 7 (1) (b) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1957.

(d) This paragraph amended s. 23 of the principal Act.
