An Act to amend certain Acts of the General Assembly of New Zealand

[7 October 1939

1. Short Title- This Act may be cited as the Statutes Amendment Act 1939.

Industrial and Provident Societies

33. (1) This section shall be read together with and deemed part of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908 (in this section referred to as the principal Act).

(2), (3) Reprinted in place of the repealed s. 4 of the principal Act.
