An Act to amend the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

[1 December 1951

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Incorporated Societies Amendment Act 1951, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2. This section substituted a new section for s. 11 of the principal Act.
