LEGAL PRACTITIONERS ACT 1973

PLEADERS (TRAINING AND EXAMINATIONS) (AMENDMENT) RULES 1976

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on me by section 57 of the Legal Practitioners Act 1973, I hereby make the following Rules -

TITLE

1. These Rules may be cited as the Pleaders (Training and Examinations) (Amendment) Rules 1976.

THE PRINCIPAL RULES

2. In these Rules "the principal Rules" means the Pleaders (Training and Examinations) Rules 1975.

AMENDMENT OF THE FIRST SCHEDULE TO THE PRINCIPAL RULES

3. The First Schedule to the principal Rules is amended by adding thereto in the respective columns thereof -

AMENDMENT OF THE SECOND SCHEDULE TO THE PRINCIPAL RULES

4. The Second Schedule to the principal Rules is amended by adding thereto in the respective columns thereof -
