LIQUOR CONTROL (TRADING HOURS) REGULATIONS 2020

Cabinet makes the following Regulations under Section 96 of the Liquor Control Act 2017:

1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Liquor Control (Trading Hours) Regulations 2020.

2. Commencement

These Regulations come into effect on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

3. Trading hours under an off-licence
   • (1) The trading hours for the sale and supply of liquor under an off-licence shall be from 10am and 9pm from Monday to Saturday.
     
   • (2) The Board may from time to time vary the trading hours by publishing a notice in the Gazette.
