HOUSING CORPORATION ORDINANCE (CAP. 40A)
(Section 7 of Schedule 1)

ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE
(HOUSING CORPORATION) ORDER 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 of the Housing Corporation Ordinance (Amendment) Order 1997, the Minister hereby makes the following Order -

Short Title

1. This Order may be cited as the Attendance Allowance (Housing Corporation) Order 1998.

Interpretation

2. In this Order unless the context otherwise requires -

"the corporation" has the same meaning as in the Housing Corporation Ordinance (Cap. 40A).

Attendance Allowance

3. Subject to sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Public Officers (Special Provisions) (Repeal) Act 1996 (No 5 of 1996), every member of the Corporation attending a meeting of the Corporation shall be entitled to be paid an attendance allowance as follows -

Chairman $40
Other Member $30
