THE CONSTITUTION
(Section. 47 (1))

ASSIGNMENT OF MINISTERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 47(1) of the Constitution, I hereby assign to the Minister of Foreign Affairs responsibility for the business of the Government relating to extradition.
