Tariff order in relation to goods imported by KPC Eita Tab North for the improvement and completion of the Church

In exercise of the powers vested in me by Section 4 of the Customs Act 1993, I TEBURORO TITO, acting in accordance with the advice of Cabinet, hereby exempt to the limit of 50% from the payment of import duty on the following goods;

All building materials imported solely for the improvement and completion of the Church by KPC Eita Tab North.

The approval is subject to a condition that the materials are used exclusively for the improvement and completion of the Church.

This Order shall come into operation on the 21st March, 2001.
