ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGEMENT ORDINANCE
(Cap. 31) (Section 3)

AMENDMENT (SECTION 3(1)) ORDER 1993

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Enforcement of Judgement Ordinance (Cap. 31) the Beretitenti in consultation with the Chief Justice hereby makes the following order:-

That section 3 of the Enforcement of Judgement Ordinance (Cap. 31) is amended by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection -

"(1) Where an order under section 2 is made by a magistrate's court, the order shall not require payments at the rate exceeding one third of the wages of the judgement debtor payable per fortnight".
