Declaration of Mini Cup-Jelly as Dangerous Goods


IN exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 32 of the Trade Standards and Quality Control Decree No. 24 of 1992 and after considering the report of the Trade Standards and Advisory Council and having being satisfied that this Declaration is necessary in order to avert the risk of injury and that it is not appropriate in the circumstances to deal with the matter by the prescription of Safety Standards I declare the mini cup-jelly in the Schedule as a dangerous good.


SCHEDULE


Any mini cup-jelly confectionery product containing the ingredient "konjac" (also known as glacomannan, conjac, konnyaku, konjonac, taro powder and yam flour) having a height or width of less than or equal to 45mm.
