Designation and Establishment
of the Foreign Employment Service

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 86 (I) and (2) of the National Employment Centre Decree 2009, 1 hereby establish a Foreign Employment Service and designate the Foreign Employment Unit operated under the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment as the Foreign Employment Service.
