Suva Traffic (Amendment) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 113 of the Act, and after consulting the Authority, I make these Regulations -
Citation
1.-(1) These may be cited as the Suva Traffic (Amendment) Order 2009.
(2) In these Order the Suva Traffic Order is referred to as "the Principal Order".
Second Schedule amended
2. The Second Schedule of the Suva Traffic Order shall be amended as follows -
PROHIBITED PARKING
Parking prohibited at all times in the following streets or part thereof -

| Insert "Moala Street" (Southside) | From Matuku Street to Lakeba Street |
| Gorrie Street (Southside) | From Thurston Street to Mitchell Street |
| Forster Street (Northside) | From Selbourne Street to Pratt Street |
Sixth Schedule amended
TAXI STANDS
2. The Sixth Schedule of the Principal Order is amended by -

| Matua Street Northside | Existing base to be deleted from the schedule | |
| Freestone Road | Existing stand | Delete "3" and substitute with "8" |
| Regional Road reserve off Princess Road | Existing stand | Delete "11" and substitute with "17" |
| Ratu Sukuna Road (Southside) | Existing stand | Delete "8" and substitute with "12" |
| Queen Elizabeth Drive (Westside) | Existing stand | Delete "5" and substitute with "10" |
| Insert "Wai Place" (West side) | From Wainitarawau Road junction to a point 24m Northwest | 4 taxis |
| Carpenter Street (South side) | From a point 17m east of Grantham Road to a point 30m further east | 5 taxis |
| Leys Road (Median strip in front of shop centre) (South side) | From a point 35m east of Goodsir Road to a point 30m further east | 3 taxis |
| Bougainville Street (South side) | From a point 22m east of Sukanaivalu Road to a point 24m further east | 4 taxis |
| Deojvi Street (South side) | From a point 9 meters west of Princes Road to a point 36m Northwest | 6 taxis |
| Nasolo Road | From a point 41m west of the Eastern boundary of Nasolo Road to a point 30m further west | 12 taxis |
| Rakua Street | On the Rakua Street Cul-de-sac | 3 taxis.” |
